1. Who We Are

GLOBAL is the trading name of Luxury Traveling LLC, 2575 E Perrin Avenue, Suite 101, Fresno, CA, US 93720.
We act solely as an independent air charter broker, arranging flights operated by licensed air carriers on behalf of our clients. GLOBAL is not an air carrier, does not operate aircraft, and does not exercise operational control over any flight.

We do not provide piloting, navigation, flight planning, dispatch, maintenance, or operational oversight for any aircraft. All operational, safety, compliance, regulatory, and financial settlement matters are the sole responsibility of the licensed operating carrier or service provider.

2. Scope of Services

• We arrange private jet charter flights and related travel services (“Services”) as your agent, entering into contracts with carriers and suppliers on your behalf.

• The actual air transportation is provided exclusively by licensed carriers with full operational control of the aircraft.

• Flights are subject to the carrier’s own Conditions of Carriage and applicable aviation laws, conventions, and regulations.

• We are not responsible for, and do not manage, operational or regulatory approvals, safety management systems, or aircrew performance.

3. No ATOL Protection

Our services are generally exempt from ATOL in the UK. Bookings are not covered by ATOL financial protection in the event of insolvency. We recommend all clients have comprehensive travel insurance.

4. Quotes & Bookings

• All quotes are subject to aircraft availability and valid only for the time stated.

• A booking is confirmed only when GLOBAL provides written confirmation and payment is received in cleared funds.

• Aircraft type, routing, and flight schedules are subject to change for safety or operational reasons.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices include the carrier’s charges and GLOBAL’s commission.

• Additional costs (e.g., de-icing, fuel surcharges, airport or crew wait time, special catering, changes to itinerary) will be billed to you at cost.

• Full payment must be received before the flight departs.

• Late payments may incur interest at 5% above Barclays Bank PLC’s base rate.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must arrive at the departure airport on time with valid passports, visas, and any required health documents.

• Passengers must comply with customs, immigration, and security requirements.

• Dangerous goods and restricted items are prohibited unless expressly approved in advance by the carrier.

7. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations are subject to the carrier’s terms and the cancellation fees stated in your booking confirmation.

• Itinerary changes require carrier approval and may incur additional costs.

• If a carrier cancels for reasons beyond our control, refunds are limited to the amounts recoverable from that carrier, less any non-refundable expenses.

8. Liability

• GLOBAL is not liable for acts or omissions of carriers or third-party suppliers.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or missed connections.

• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to GLOBAL for the relevant booking, except where prohibited by law.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, strikes, mechanical issues, war, terrorism, or government actions.

10. Prohibited Use

• Services may not be used for unlawful purposes, to transport sanctioned persons or goods, or to breach aviation, customs, or export control laws.

• We do not knowingly arrange services for any party listed on applicable sanctions lists.

11. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing passenger information, you confirm you have obtained the necessary consents from all individuals.

12. Governing Law

These Terms, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, although GLOBAL may bring proceedings in other competent jurisdictions.
